It is from fresh organic vegetables, fruits, grains and legumes. The soups freeze well but I do not recommend freezing the dinners. Because they are plant based and have no preservatives I would suggest eating them within two-three days. It will be available on Sunday afternoon around 3 pm. You can pick up from my place in Verona. I may have a delivery person starting this Sunday who can deliver between Bloomfield and Livingston.
