All my food is home made in small batches. It is Whole food plant based and I use no oils, preservatives, sugar or salt. It is from fresh organic vegetables, fruits, grains and legumes.
The soups freeze well but I do not recommend freezing the dinners. Because they are plant based and have no preservatives I would suggest eating them within two-three days.
It will be available on Sunday afternoon around 3 pm. You can pick up from my place in Verona. I may have a delivery person starting this Sunday who can deliver between Bloomfield and Livingston. The delivery fee is $7 and goes directly to the delivery person who is providing this service.
Cost -
Soups are $13.80 for 32 oz.
Dinner size is $5.80 for 12 oz container
Power fruit/nut truffles are $9 for 6
Match Savasana Mousse (my persona favorite dessert) is $15 for 8oz (two serving size) Please not I use high quality nuts and ceremonial grade matcha which is $27

Hibiscus ginger lemon - for energy $3
Lemon Ginger Ashwagandha - for detoxing, anxiety, blood pressure and weight loss $3.50
