$13.80 a quart


Coconut Lemongrass Soup with wild shiitake mushrooms and chopped asian power-grains with a hot chili base/. $8.00 for 12 oz serving


All Plant Zucchini Bread + zucchini figs, dates, raisins pumpkin seeds, vanilla, organic maple syrup, walnuts, vegan chocolate chips, $7 small loaf

No OILS, Daily, sugar, salt or animal products of any kind.  Everything is made to order and follows a whole food plant based guideline
